RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS policies

In Rashof, we care about the complete satisfaction of our customers, and you have the right to exchange and return if you are not satisfied with our products.
Terms of return and exchange of products:
1- The customer has the right to request a return and exchange for our products within the following 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
2- The product must be in the same condition as it was received and packaged.
3- Products cannot be returned or replaced after opening the outer packaging.
4- The replacement product will be sent after we receive the replaced product from the shipping company. 5- The amount for the returned order will be refunded after we receive the product and our team inspects it to verify its condition and compliance with our return terms and policy.
6- If you return part of a bundle (offer), the price of the item(s) you keep will be recalculated at the regular (non-promotional) price, and only the difference will be refunded. 7- Additional costs are calculated for "product shipping fees"25riyals.
8- In the event that the delivery was free because the customer’s request exceeded the free delivery limit, and the total of his order, after modification, became under the free delivery limit, then he would pay the delivery amount.
